Q: Why does my order confirmation say I paid via PayPal?

A: We use PayPal for all of our credit card processing. This is another step in your security.  We never have access to your full credit card number or CVV code on your orders entered online. 

 

Q: How long has Blankets.com been doing business?

A: We have been in business since 1999.

 

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are on the West Coast, Pacific time.  We are usually available by phone between the hours of 10AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday. We answer emails much earlier and much later than that. We also check our email on the weekends, especially during the holidays.  

 

Q: Why isn't anyone answering the phone right now?

A: We have a small staff and during the busy times, we can all be working together in the warehouse to get orders out before UPS/FedEx and the Post Office comes to pick up.  Please be patient and leave a message or send and email.  We will get back to you as soon as we are able.
